The PDE: A Pharmaceutical Trade Association

Mission Statement

The mission of the Activities Committee is to support the PDE by successfully presenting four business and social functions during the calendar year. 

Spring Golf Outing and Dinner Meeting:  held on a Monday in mid-May at Spring Ford Country Club, this is a four person team scramble event.  A putting contest adds enjoyment for members and their guests. Refreshments are available for one hour so that members and guests may socialize and network. A buffet dinner is followed by a brief business meeting. Fall Golf Outing and Dinner Meeting:  held on a Monday in late September at Cedarbrook Country Club, this is a four person team scramble event. A putting contest adds some enjoyment for members and their guests. Refreshments are available for one hour so that members and guests may socialize and network. A buffet dinner is followed by a brief business meeting. Prizes for the above events are awarded, as are door prizes. Annual Business Meeting:  held in mid to late-November at the Crowne Plaza Valley Valley Forge Hotel, this event is an opportunity for members to catch up on the progress of each committee in the PDE. A cocktail hour provides an opportunity for socializing and networking. A complementary buffet dinner is followed by a business meeting, at which each committee reports on its activities over the past year.
